The actual pharmacist is wonderful but the older pharmacy assistants are rude, uncaring, and have zero empathy for anyone that is new to the pharmacy. I detest the pharmacy assistants and wish AI robots would take over the job and show the human pharmacy assistants how to be an intelligent, empathetic part of the solution. These pharmacy assistants are so rude 95% of people leave in a crummy mood. I guess the remaining 5% are in the click. The pharmacy is great, short wait times my medicine is always in stock as opposed to walmart which made me wait over 2 weeks for a prescription to be filled . The pharmacy staff is friendly and don't make me feel rushed if I have questions. Also had my flu shot there and was quickly in and out.
Staff is nice and the service is quick and easy. I’m there at least every two weeks and there’s always a short wait. They always answer the phone promptly and are helpful and polite. I have no idea what the other people on here are complaining about. They must be talking about the wrong location. This is the best pharmacy I’ve used in years.
This pharmacy is awful. They will close 5 mins early when you're walking up to the gate. They will take you off auto-refill without notice and let your meds lapse. And, since they're too lazy to fill Rxs monthly, they'll say you have to get 90 day quantities, even though your insurance doesn't cover that. And when you tell them your insurance doesn't cover 90 days, their response is that you can "just pay out of pocket". When the 30 day would have been free and covered by insurance.
