Don’t listen to the stupid boomers in other reviews, this is a great pharmacy and it’s not their fault the crappy reviewers refuse to learn how things work and that the world doesn’t revolve around them
Called to refill my prescription. Automated answering service said it would be ready the next day. Waited 3 days because this pharmacy has been unreliable in the past. Went to pick up today. Asked to wait for 30 minutes. Waited in the waiting area in plain view. Thirty minutes later, I’m told they don’t have the medicine in stock. This is just sheer incompetence. So disrespectful of other people’s time. I’m transferring to another pharmacy.
Best to go early morning
I will be looking for another pharmacy after 2 years! 1st there is a young women working there that is extremely rude! I would rather have a tooth pulled out (without anasthetic) before speaking with her on the phone! My medications are pain meds & always sent in at least a week prior to due date. When I call (because you can't check over the phone on a narcoric) they can never find the scripts! Or I'm told they will have to be processed & I can pick them up 6-8 hours later!
