This is actually about the pharmacy; the overall store is ok; however, I will not return. My surgeon called in a couple pain medications for my back surgery. They were called in around 3PM on Aug 26, later in the day, I was notified the prescriptions could NOT be filled due to their "robot" being out of order. This pharmacist is frustrated because she's the only pharmacist in the pharmacy. She has ONE helper and just herself. I came in 4 days after my Rx was delivered so I would t have to wait 2.5 hours to have it filled. I was wrong. They said that unless I come at 4pm that I will have to wait for 2 hours. I went to Fry's pharmacy for a flu shot by appointment. Several people there for the same thing plus the Covid shot. I waited over 1 hour; I was the only one left after 2 hours. Oops! another person came in & was called back for the shot. I asked when do I get a shot? Replied back "When I call your name". I walked out. Maybe they're all burnt out by the pandemic but I'm tired of the attitudes of the pharmacy staff at 43rd and Cactus, whether on the phone or in person. I'm not talking about an isolated incident, consistently bad attitudes for a long time now. No smiles, never a hello, how are you today? Never a thank you. Why does this pharmacy NOT answer their phone? It rings forever and no one answers.
They won't fill opioids until after 5p! They say bcuz of vaccines but I didn't see anyone in there in line or anywhere else to get vaccinated! You can't say anything bcuz then they think your a druggy. I just want all my prescriptions ready at the same time , it is a pharmacy after all ! This is unacceptable!

The new policy of charging a transaction fee when a customer wants cash back after a purchase is just plain greed! With all of the money your loyal customers spend every year, why would you nickel and dime them in such a greedy way? You force us to do self checkout by cutting back on cashiers and now you charge for cash back after a purchase! Pretty poor way to build a loyal customer base!
This Pharmacy is the slowest Pharmacy I've ever been to. It takes at least a half hour, if not an hour, just waiting in line to drive through the pharmacy drive-through. And if you go inside, my experience has been, your prescription isn't even ready even if you put it in 2 days prior, and then you have to wait another half hour or longer for them to fill it. They need to hire more technicians or get better technicians and really improve the speed of servicing Pharmacy customers because this is terrible business.
