I asked a question about my prescription and the pharmacist blankly stared at me and then laughed and asked me to repeat myself. He later asked me if I was sure I knew what my prescription was for and laughed again. The tech told him he was being inappropriate and proceeded to answer my original question. His name was Mario.
I’m the only one that is tired of the venders stocking shelves and making it impossible for the consumer shop. I just left this store where the tortilla person was blocking the entire tortilla shelf and refused to move just enough for me to get some. Between the vendors and the order selectors, it’s become ridiculous.
There is something wrong with their system. When my doctor sends my prescriptions over every month after my pain med refill appointment, I sit there and wait for some notification that the prescription is ready. Usually it’s a text. If I were to do nothing, then nothing would get done most the time. I have to call them to start the process myself. Like hey guys, where’s my prescriptions my doctor sent you?
