The technician Angela is extremely rude, threw my rx at me and did not ask if I needed instructions. When I spoke to the pharmacist, the “reasoning” was that it was the right before closing. She was condescending and winked at me with an awful smile. Please train your techs to have better customer service.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your pharmacy. I visited an urgent care facility due to severe vomiting. The urgent care facility sent my prescriptions to your pharmacy, and I checked online to see that they had been received and were "in progress." However, six hours later, the status of my prescriptions had not changed. At approximately 4:15-4:30 PM, I checked again and saw that my prescriptions would not be ready for five days.
