The worst!! Cant fill prescriptions on time.
The technician Angela is extremely rude, threw my rx at me and did not ask if I needed instructions. When I spoke to the pharmacist, the “reasoning” was that it was the right before closing. She was condescending and winked at me with an awful smile. Please train your techs to have better customer service.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your pharmacy. I visited an urgent care facility due to severe vomiting. The urgent care facility sent my prescriptions to your pharmacy, and I checked online to see that they had been received and were "in progress." First I just want to say Darcy is amazing, she is so sweet and helpful. The reasons for the 1 star is a certain pharmacist. Unfortunately I dont know her name. First if you try and fill any narcotics, she acts like youre a junkie as if the doctor didnt write your meds. I filled a script for 5 pain pills after a procedure and checked on them 5 hrs later while I was at the store shopping. Go elsewhere. Been calling for the last month to verify prescriptions, told they didn't have any. Finally called the doc to figure out why nothing's going for a month. Fry's pharmacy had it for the whole month. We called the pharmacist and called her out on it. She just laughed at us. Laughed cuz she just gaslit us for a.month at the cost of a child's prescriptions. Go anywhere else.
