Poor service with front line people as they’ll keep you on hold for over 5 mins without coming back on the phone 3 times the prescribed medication was never filled especially when doctors sent in prescription 2-3 prior All you get is I’m sorry I just believe they don’t follow up or there lazy to look and see when it needs to be filled
I love how they go above and beyond to help you with your prescriptions! The pharmacist is great at explaining dosage etc. Sometimes it takes a while to reach someone, to check to status via phone, but when you get to a person they’re great!
