Ridiculous grocery pickup experience. They had 4 hours to pick the order, then when I get there, it's not ready and by the way, move to another spot when we bring the order out so it doesn't look like you've been waiting here a half hour and ding their performance numbers. Ya right, cancelled my order then and there, will not be back.
The customer service rep there was knowledgeable and helpful. The pharmacist was helpful in answering questions about a supplement, as well as finding the product on the shelf. I also got a flu and COVID booster. The pharmacist gave the injections and was professional and courteous. I’m glad I’ve moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy.
Their hours are more of a suggestion than something you can depend on. It's possible that they can't tell time, but more likely that they just dgaf. Either way, I wasn't able to pick up my medication before leaving the country. I told the gaggle of employees, and they told me to pound sand. They also can't handle medication shortages at all. They aren't great, and they don't care.
