The customer service here is a disgrace, by far the worst experience I have ever had. For a pharmacy to refuse to give a prescription for pain medication after receiving a c section is unacceptable then after the doctor confirmed they are needed they still refused. They need to not only be replaced but should be arrested because did not fulfill the obligation they took when they decided to be a pharmacist. 3/19/2026 approximately 2:30PM. I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy staff at this location. I was referred here from another Fry’s pharmacy to pick up needles for my prescribed specialty medication. At other Fry’s locations, I have been able to obtain these without issue or a prescription, but that location was out of stock and directed me here. I called for my mom just a couple minutes ago Thank you so much for the excellent service. The pharmacy was very fast and professional. From the first call, a pharmacy assistant named John helped me right away and was very cooperative. He confirmed everything and the medication was prepared quickly without any delay. I would also like to thank the pharmacist for preparing the medication promptly and with great care.
