Return Policy I did not find their returns section very helpful. I once went to this store to return something. I had to wait in the line for around half an hour and after I got my turn, it took another half hour for the person working with me to take my return. The item I was returning, was in the exact same packing when bought. I had not even touched it. Still, the employee opened the whole packing to check if everything was ok. I was kind of surprised. Inefficient return policy.
huge store for electronics lovers This is really big store with everything from computer equipment to rice cookers to vaccum clears to toys. Everything you need, they have in the store. The only problem is not everyone knows where the things are. But , both management and try hard to help. Nice place to browse. PROS: huge store, lots of parking CONS:

Frys is the worst!! let me start by saying they have great prices , but the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They actually will NOT allow anyone to leave the building until they eyeball search you...and thats the easy way, if you actually buy anything , they will check and double check your accounts and even called my bank to get them on the phone , even though I had made 5 or 6 previous large purchases from Frys before. all in all what ever you save in money they will take from you in dignity befor... read more
Probably the best Fry's if you like Fry's The sunnyvale Fry's is very large and has a good selection of electronic goods. Fry's is a great place to get deals. Every Tuesday you can go to Fry's and get the best deals on newly released DVD's. There are daily sales in the newspaper or you can go there and see the sales posted on the walls. I would never give Fry's a 5 star rating since it's hard to get help at this store. This, I think, is my favorite Fry's There's plenty of parking at this one, the store itself is huge, and, for once, they nailed the checkout situation with the world's best checkout line. Must've talked to hardware engineer when they design that line.
going her for years This used to be the place. Help is HORRIBLE almost laughable, but selection is good. Nice sales so keep an eye out and returns are good, but you have to wait so long to make one. Go here if you know what you want and need. Don't ask for help and bring a friend if you need advice.
Best Electronics Shop This is a one stop for all electronic items. It is definitely better than Best buy. THe prices are always affordable in Fry's .Most of the electronics in my house are from fry's electronics.
This store (the "Waveform" store) is large, with countless selections of gadgets. They also have great deals from time to time - if you are there to catch them in time. Stanley at the service department is great. He doesn't necessarily know everything but he's so helpful and willing toexchange anything you bought. I brought back my computer and he swapped everything including the motherboard, CPU, memory, etc trying to find out why it didn't work - all the way till they close at 9PM.
