I love the people here and the electronics they sell are awesome. The discounts, warranties are also amazing. Nothing more you can ask for.
My experience has been awful, disappointing, and stressful! My family bought a fridge there. It worked fine at first but after a year a part of the fridge stopped working. I called the number listed thinking I will reach the store but it was a call center. I then faced hours upon hours of being on hold to find out that the manager is not there but on vacation. Found a deal for a desktop hard drive that I couldn't pass up. As for as assistance go though. You won't really find one to help you out. Make sure you do your research before you go buy your item.
