Service Is Very Weak On Returns! I had a computer which needed to be fixed with a new mother board and back light screen replaced. I brought in the paper work to show it was still under warranty. However, because I was not in the right line (I was told to go to three different locations before being in the right place) to begin with, it took over an hour to get the computer finally turned in for repair. THE place to go for electronics and more! I have purchase so many items from Fry's, I couldn't even begin to tell you. They have computers, office supplies and equipment, small and large appliances, movies, games, software, and the lost goes on... Great prices, I always receive the rebates back... great for Christmas/birthday/whenver shopping! Also a great place to kill a night with nothing else to do- shopping!!
You need it , They Got it I have never had any kind of problem at Fry's . The large selection & intheknow staff can get you what you need. The store is very organized and well kept. Items are priced to save you money & I'v never had to return an item.
Huge selection of great and cheap new electronics This electronics store has everything from cds to washing machines, Lots of computer stuff and everything in between. Great prices, but they are always so busy. If you are going in for a certain item, look online at outpost.com (thier homepage) and get the stock # and call first to see if they have it. The store needs more clerks so dont expect to get tackled by sales guys - which a lot of times is good.
Awesome electronics store! This place is amazing! Tons of electronics -- everything from vacuums to computers!! They have a HUGE selection inside of a huge store and the staff is usually very helpful (although there are a few bad apples). Check out is usually quick, too. The store is set up so it easy to navigate and because it's so HUGE the prices are considerably lower. This place always has great deals. We shop here for ALL of our big ticket items.
Oh No No Ive been having a lot of problems with there products. ninety Percent of the time i have to return the items that i buy because they dont work which becomes a problem because they always give me a hard time. they are very rude. Go there on last result.
