They had things that Best Buy did not, and were relatively helpful when I asked their reps questions. For any computer parts or anything else like cameras go here, I do and I always like it.

They don't have what they should This place is suppose to have everything for electronics....? Twice now they failed to have what I was looking for. The first time it was memory for my mac that needed to be upgraded, then they didn't have the camera lenses for my security camera. I am pretty annoyed at Frys.
Sign up before you drive out Good variety, decent prices, far drive so sign up for emails sales notifications before making the drive. Lines to long to check out, especially with as many extra employees I viewed just standing around.
.mr wife & I went to 3035 W thunderbird store. Were treated like dirt. Most sales people seemed to have fallen of a turnip wagon from Mexicali...didn't know anything...told us "look over there."
Not for the average customer This is the place to go if you know what you are looking for and don't need to talk to anyone of their weasel employees. I shop here all the time for T.V.'s, computer parts, speakers, and speaker wires. I research everything before hand to make sure that I don't need to talk to anyone thought.

Service is Lousy! I purchased a computer with $50 rebate as advertised in the store. I completed the list of tasks timely and accurately, only to receive a returned envelope marked "refused offer expired."
