In February of last year my husband received the news he needed carotid artery surgery! He was referred to Frye Hospital, Dr. K Todd Piercy. While seeing Dr. Piercy for a consultation, he was very thorough with how the surgery would be done, the possible complications (which they must explain), and the recovery time.
