I’ll tell you what’s frustrating is that in today’s world people don’t have $55-60 laying around EVERY time a medical need is demanded. Places like this will never work with you on co-pays even when you’re in extreme pain. I hate that this is our health system In America. I’ll suffer I suppose, it’s never about the patient only about that money
The lady that answers the phone at this location, Stacy was her name. She was so rude and had no empathy or emotion. When I asked to speak to an office manager or someone above her because I knew she wasnt going to listen to me and help me with my issue because she just kept repeating the same thing over and over she got mad and told me they weren't in office and I couldnt speak to them and then put me on hold and never came back. Failing to informations of being dismissed properly and failing to give adequate notice of the patient being dismissed without patient having an opportunity to find another provider my doctor is excellent Dr C but the management is poor quality left me on the phone for 53 minutes without even reporting back of her results
I just want to say this is the best place to go for your family healthcare! Everyone is so kind and you can tell they love what they do! The upfront desk associates Brandy, Kysa, and Kaitlyn are fantastic! They make you feel at home. Also, Mai’s medical assistant is so nice and caring. I highly recommend all these people. Thanks for all you do!
The staff is great and they listen to one’s concern's very well. I am always appreciative of all they do.
