Horrible! Went to pick someone up who was being discharged and was told there were no discharge orders for him. 30 minutes later, I'm told, oops! Ha ha! Sorry we had two patients mixed up. I mean, SERIOUSLY! Makes you wonder what other things get mixed up.
Even though I went here voluntarily, the staff informed me that I was under an involuntary hold and it would be even longer if I did not comply and take all of the medications I was prescribed by their staff. I am personally against Big Pharma and overmedicating. Staff are cold, callous and jaded. The one exception is Dr. McCain. He was the one bright spot in this place. Help !!!! Nurses here are rude and lazy. This women had the audacity to say “I don’t know I just got here” in the most rude and sarcastic way. She literally sounded like the boredom character from inside out 2. Maybe if they’d get up and do their jobs they wouldn’t get such horrible reviews.
I don't even want to leave 1 star ...my daughter is here and went willing but her Dr is threatening her and hold her there even though she is participating in everything and no problems..he requested her to write a release paper and she did that but her is still holding her now he is trying to have her injected with medication because she refused to take medication by mouth but she is still participating in everything and causing no problems!
