She is very skilled and knowledgeable in all types of massage,Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, Special Needs, Pain Management, etc. I prefer the Swedish/Relaxation kind and always leave amazed at how fast 60-90 minutes can fly by when I'm with Bridgette and feeling like a new person! Finding a massage therapist who knows what they are doing is priceless! Also of note: It's beautifully decorated, smells amazing and has nice calm music sounds playing.
