Very very rude and unprofessional . I went in there showed her my prescription from the doctor. She got me tested for PAP (i dont even know why) and when she told me to leave i told her I didn’t come for that and she said “why are you here then” i told her I have a cut thats been there for almost 9 months and it has never healed read my doctors note it’s my first time i dont even know how OBGYN works! I went in for my first visit and was greeted by the receptionist, which made a good first impression. I had booked online in advance and barely had time to sit down before I was called in. Dr. Frydman was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what I needed to be aware of, which made me feel informed and at ease. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional and reassuring.
