I went in for my first visit and was greeted by the receptionist, which made a good first impression. I had booked online in advance and barely had time to sit down before I was called in. Dr. Frydman was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what I needed to be aware of, which made me feel informed and at ease. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional and reassuring.
The secretary is probably the rudest person on this planet and it's one thing being rude but she seems like she takes pleasure in being rude. Honestly never visit this place. Extremely old and out of date with everything. The secretary is often involved during the consultation to check information like results of tests, etc. I don't even know or understand why she was involved in my consultation with the doctor.
