Zach did an excellent job selling our Louisville house. If I had a choice, I would give him more than 5 stars. My husband and I sold this house remotely, so we had to rely on Zach and Beth a lot. We accepted an offer after our first weekend, but the buyer (who was also the buyer's agent) was unreliable and lacked communication. We had to extend closing three times, but luckily we had Zach and Beth with us, and they gave us excellent advice to get the deal done.
Fry Realty is an awesome company. Zach and his team guided us through the process with ease. They looked at our home and offered really good advice to help us market our home to sell quickly. They were readily handy to answer any and all questions we had. There was no guessing or reading between the lines. He also has a remarkable photographer that made the process very easy.
