VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST. ALWAYS CLAIMS PAYMENT IS LATE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN HIS BOX, OR SENT A WEEK EARLY - THEN CHARGES $30 LATE FEES. ALSO, WILL NOT REFUND "LAST MONTH'S DEPOSIT WHICH HE DEMANDS UP FRONT. VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH - REFUSES TO ANSWER PHONE MESSAGES.
