Horrible customer service, agent on the phone was absolutely incapable, very rude, kept interrupting me while i was talking, started arguing with me and refused to answer my questions. Then this moron hanged the phone on me while i was still speaking. I then waited for more than 1 hour trying to speak to a manager on both the website live chat and the phone call.
