I am really disappointed by the behavior of staff. I mean, at least treat drivers as humans. Went inside the office to check in. The person is least interested in attending me he was enjoying, laughing, and busy in his chit chat with other colleagues. After 8 minutes, he bothered to just look at me and again continued his fun time. It took almost 18 minutes for him to check me in when there was no other driver, no line, no rush. No parking till 10 am , they open 10’am , unloading time 2 to 3 hours , they don’t take out inside stuff ,
Check in 10am in the morning and right now 7pm still waiting for dock 😳wtf
