I was called in to help this place with their food safety program on two occasions. On both occasions, the manager showed up late, looked confused, didn't apologize for being late, requested a proposal, and ghosted me after finding out the work they requested was going to cost more than $300 (duh!). It was a waste of time. The good thing is I learned that going forward I charge a fee prior to site visits.
