The bowls are delicious, but the customer service severely lacks. For the price you pay, you would think every customer would feel welcome and appreciated. Very rude customer service, barely receive a thank you. Today I ordered a bowl with no Nutella, the employee (I will not use her name) started putting Nutella on the bowl and I reminded her and she rudely responded to me. Daughter and I went for the first time. I had the Hulk as I was looking for a healthier option. To my surprise the Kale base you couldn’t taste the Kale and it was delicious! I substituted the mango for pineapples😋 My daughter went for the Nutella bowl and I stated it, that was good too! She really enjoyed it. Oh and the protein bites were good too! Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other wonderful varieties!
I ordered online and in 15 minutes my 2 bowls were ready for pickup. They were delicious and stayed fresh for 4 hours! This will definitely become a regular stop for me 🤩
