On June 8th, I decided to try the pick 2 around 5:00 PM, and I was truly impressed by the delicious food and generous portion sizes. What stood out even more was the wonderful customer service; one of the staff members was incredibly warm and friendly, always smiling and genuinely happy to take my order. It really made my day!
I had the peanutella bowl for lunch today with the coconut base and it was amazing! I enjoyed every last bite, my favorite bowl you can get in Columbus!
Even when walking in I could already tell the staff had bad attitudes. Ordered half turkey bacon sandwich small soup combo. Initially the sandwich had no turkey and had to ask to have it put on there. Then the sandwich was sloppy and dripping with ranch and what looks like bacon bits. The half combo is more expensive than even a make your own salad and is very poor quality. The soup is grainy and tastes undercooked and cold. Just a horrible meal for $13 will not be back here again.
