Took my 1 year old to the ER in Buckeye AZ because I thought he broke his arm. The staff was terrible. A nurse came in and was insisting he get x-rays, but by the time she had come in the room my son had stopped crying and started moving his arm. Seeming like he was fine I asked if I could just have a dr look at his arm (NO ONE DID THIS AT ALL until I asked) SO she gets all irritated and sends in Dr. Frutos, who comes in and was very aggressive with my ONE YEAR OLD trying to look at his ears and throat.
