When picking up prescriptions at the drive through, I usually end up waiting 10 minutes or more for anyone to even acknowledge I am sitting there. Countless times I have had to wait while they reran the insurance even though I’ve had the same insurance for years. I understand being short staffed but it just got ridiculous.
Your florists in the Point Pleasant store, Rick Sullivan and Gigi DeLong are the best! Always so helpful and pleasant and do wonderful arrangements! They both are very talented!

My sons meds should have been ready before I arrived. One hour into it still waiting. Maybe I should have taken my son with Autism inside and had them deal with him during the wait. I bet I would have gotten meds faster.
