We specialize on healthy food. Our two biggest sellers are our salads and smoothies. Our salad bar is filled a wide variety of the freshest vegetables in all of downtown Bridgeport. Fresh fruit and vegetables make our smoothies the best all around. Aside from that, our weekly specials have created a huge following for us. New specials every week make customers come back to see what's new. There are more things we offer that cannot be found in our area like Cuban sandwiches, baked empanadas, and quinoa salads.

I only stopped in to get an energy smoothie but ended up p grabbing a peanut butter chocolate chunk cookie and hazelnut coffee as well. Cookie was great soft big and delicious, tastes homemade. Coffee was hot, I asked for 2 sugars it seemed as little sweet maybe next time I’ll just ask for 1. Can’t wait to try sons of their food when I have more time.
Best Avocado toast I’ve ever had ❤️
Amazing place, honest price!!! The feta and bacon avocado toast is my favorite and never lets me down. The salad bar is also great. I just wish it wasn’t so dark where the tables are, but not a deal breaker at all!!!
