I haven’t received my desposit check. I’ve emailed and called the office and no one has responded. It’s very disappointing after giving them 6.5 yrs of rent and being in good standing as a renter. I stopped by the office in person and was told they mailed it still no check and it’s been going on 4 weeks now. I contacted billing department of the company who manages the property and got an email saying they couldn’t address my missing deposit. Erik was super friendly and very welcoming. Totally recommend renting with him.
Erik was very nice and helpful, he has a great sense of humor. Very informative, and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely reccomend renting with him :)
