I went here the first time today and I had a lot of questions but was nervous on my way in about asking them. I was immediately greeted by Rafael and then I just blurted out my first question. He is a wealth of knowledge and was so helpful and patient with my million questions. He truly made it a wonderful experience for me and made me so comfortable to ask the things I wanted to. I am excited to try all the products I bought today, but I will tell you he’s the reason I’ll be a repeat customer.

I came back after a week to return a product set to expire on 02/2025 and that seemed to make the manager upset or uncomfortable. I asked for a return and her response was that the product didn’t expire until the end of February and basically suggesting that I could finish 60 capsules in less than 20 days because that’s something any human could do, right?
