The experience here has not been favorable and with the new owners it has only gotten worse. Pretty sure there was someone living in one of the units because everytime I went there in morning hours it smeeled like cologne like someone had just ducked out. The hours of availability are lame. They told me rates were $50 for a 5x10. Then they raised then to $55. Then the new owners raised rent to $70 and told me I needed renters insurance on top of that. I need storage. I'm not a sucker. I hope they go out of business.
I have been a customer for three years of Fruit Park Storage🍇🍉🍎. Suddenly, a new owner appeared in April 2026. They have increased the storage fees and added a $15 per mo if a storage customer wasn’t insured. I have a 10 x 10 unit that cost $70 per month and they want to up it to $140 in a short a matter of time but they won’t tell me when. I’m ready to move. Solid place to hold your treasure.
I've had so many issues with this place. I signed up for automatic payments, and then got a "last warning" when I didn't pay for the second month even though I was told it would pull the money automatically. The lady who works in the office was incredibly rude and I will never be going back!!
Easy to get set up, site is very secure and clean
