I’ve been seeing Dr. Fruin for years, and even though he’s no longer in network with my insurance, I still choose to come here because the care and trust I have with him and his team is unmatched. He’s professional, kind, and always makes sure I feel comfortable. What I love most is that he only recommends treatment that’s truly needed. I’ve been a patient at this dental office for several years, and until recently, I had no major complaints. However, I was disappointed by how the office staff handled a recent situation. Due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, I had to cancel an appointment for my wife. I called as soon as I could, but was informed we’d be charged a $60 cancellation fee based on a policy buried in paperwork we signed years ago. This dental office went downhill fast. If you want a cleaning, minimum Seven month wait. if they need to reschedule your appointment, there’s no accommodation and another seven month wait. Everyone at the front desk should be replaced.

I chipped my front tooth on a fork and this dentist made it look like it never happened, with quick, quality service. He is personalable, yet straight forward. The assistant was compentent and nice. The front desk person was helpful and patient. Overall, awesome experience, I will be back!
