We bought a treadmill from these guys as a deal where you got a rower with the purchase of a treadmill. They showed up to our house without the rower and when I asked where it was they said it was out of stock. No warning. They said to reach out in a week or two and we could get it then. Here we are over a year later and several follow up texts and still no rower. These guys have horrible customer service, they don’t respond and they don’t do what they promise. I don’t recommend at all. Waste of my time.
Stopped in at 10:30 am on a Saturday after driving a fair distance only to discover the lights off and doors locked. Hours on the Goog are not correct, and they have no hours or signage stating what the hours are. Phone number listed on the Goog is also a dead number.
Super nice people. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about their equipment.

I bought a treadmill from this company and they were marvelous! They quickly set up a delivery date that was within a week. Communication was clear and prompt. Oh and did I mention it was affordable!
