I've been going to Frugals for over 20 years and it is my favorite place to grab a burger. Unfortunately, after moving out of town I don't get there as often as I'd like. However, my last visit failed to live up to expectations. It started with the workers standing right outside the doorway smoking (right next to the drive up, thus filling cars waiting in line with smoke).
