I have been coming here forever over the years. I came here Sunday and asked to exchange my drinks for 16 oz shakes for .60 a piece instead of 1.20 plus tax they over charged me 9.00 I tried explaining to them how they over charged me and no one offered to correct the mistake. I also emailed them to see if we could fix the problem and nothing. Very poor business.

We've been talking about checking this place out for like 2 years. We finally stopped today and I was so disappointed. We got a chocolate and a vanilla milkshake, both were not good. Our daughters grilled cheese looked like it had been squished and our burgers were SO messy it was a total pain. The grease leaked through the bag onto my seat. I'm all for greasy burgers, but maybe use something thicker than tissue paper to wrap them in if they're *that* greasy. And we got 3 tiny, thin napkins in the bag... Not super helpful fo... read more
Love frugals! Tasty burgers, fry sauce and shakes, wish there was a frugals closer to me.
Plastic in food! I went to Frugals and found 2 pieces of plastic in my food and the manager did not care.
Food was awesome as usual.....but don't know if I will be going back anytime soon after the way the customer service was lastnight. Seemed like the 2 women there hated their job. Habit burger is much closer and way friendlier!
Always friendly. Good prices. Yummy food. Every time I visit my brother in Auburn I have to stop in and grab a burger, fries, and shake. My father loved going here at least once a month. If he was still with us, I'm sure he would like your page also.
