Good service and professional workmanship!
They were professional. They came when they said they were coming. They did an excellent job and worked very hard.
Kitchen is fabulous! Final product is what was promised! Process was well defined. Great designer. Tile installation was meticulous. TEAMS was required for communication, somewhat difficult.
I can start by saying, Richard in Frugal is an excellent designer. He sat with me and designed my dream kitchen. All the staff involved were equally pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you Markiesa for always communicating with me and keeping in the loop.
10x18 bathroom reno- tub to walk-in shower, new vanity. The planning process was good and the assigned coordinator was very responsive in the planning phase. However, the renovation execution experience was not good. Some of the installers were not competent and did not respond well to feedback. Some scheduling issues and miscommunications.
