Update: After I was awarded the settlement amount I received a letter from the defendant attorney seeking over $25k in attorney fees. The judge denied their motion. I FINALLY received the settlement amount last year (2025). This is my opinion based on my legal experience with Frsteam and Sean Chappel (owner) sworn testimony... he had no idea who he hired to store my belongings, he didn't know where they were stored, he had no idea of the last names of his employees. The team was very professional and friendly. They worked effectively and efficiently. I would definitely recommend! Meagan, Angela, Christina, Marcella, Kevin and John are an excellent team and did an excellent job packing my family out.
Our team was amazing when they delivered our household goods on August 26. They were on time, personable and professional. They worked efficiently and quickly to get our things unloaded and placed properly in the house. One guy, Eric, sang the entire time which lifted our spirits! Thanks for a pleasant experience in a difficult time.
Update May 2025. It took me 3 years (June 2022) to recover damages from this unethical business! I had to sue them. I had a jury trial. The jury awarded me a total of $13,367.00 minus the lesser amount of what the defendant countersued me on. Frsteam's award was too much IMO, but the jury got it right regarding the damage this business caused due to pure negligence.
