Our team was amazing when they delivered our household goods on August 26. They were on time, personable and professional. They worked efficiently and quickly to get our things unloaded and placed properly in the house. One guy, Eric, sang the entire time which lifted our spirits! Thanks for a pleasant experience in a difficult time.

Update May 2025. It took me 3 years (June 2022) to recover damages from this unethical business! I had to sue them. I had a jury trial. The jury awarded me a total of $13,367.00 minus the lesser amount of what the defendant countersued me on. Frsteam's award was too much IMO, but the jury got it right regarding the damage this business caused due to pure negligence. FRSTEAM’s representative Meagan met with me today in my home to help me sort out issues with the recent flood of my house. She was quite astute, gracious, and understanding. Plus, she was patient and I could tell she really cared about what was best for me. She was a joy to work with!
