Probably the worst company you can choose. After our house fire, we only had two closets that was able to make it out. Upon returning our things, I noticed majority of our expensive and noticeable clothing/shoes were missing - probably over 100 items. They never sent us the list of non restorable except for a couple TV’s they took out of the house, so we were under the impression that everything else was cleaned!! Frsteam did an excellent job with packing out my stuff when we had a flood in my house. Bret took good care of everything. The cleaning company they use was the best.
Run from this company. My daughter hired them after her house caught fire. Most disturbing was the more than $5k worth of "missing items" until she provided pictures. Then only some of them were added to the inventory list while others were added to the list of "non restorable" with no proof they were non restorable. Why not return these to owners? This company stole a lot of my electronics. They do not follow up and they are not accountable or apologetic for there wrong doing. No one in management seem to care or help
Unaccountable and unprofessional. Managers Josh and David are full of excuses for their performance and avoid you every chance that they get. FRS had my items since mid-May until I had to take matters into my own hands and pick up my items myself. Never offered a inventory of the clothes they were to service. Please steer clear and away from this company! Sincerely, A Disabled Veteran
