Non responsive. Refused to return items or even schedule the return until they were paid SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. Then, once paid, they never called to schedule it. Now we finally got ahold of them and they scheduled it for another 10 days out. And this is THREE WEEKS after they got the $70,000. They have not called once, have not answered their phone, and had to be begged to provide an inventory of items taken (every single item in the home). Oregon FRSTeam.
RecommendedHonest, courteous, professional, organized. We had a house fire in January 2020. FRSTeam remained in constant communication with me throughout the process, restored more items than I thought imaginable, inventoried everything in an organized and easy to follow way, and answered every question I had. Upon delivery, the folks actually apologized that they couldn’t save everything and pointed out items that they couldn’t fully restore. They were first to arrive when we were overwhelmed, they called every week to check on our progress, they cleaned everything to perfection, labeled all items in boxes, hung all clothes back in the closets, even asked if they could hang our curtains for us. They have ex ceded our expectations. At one of the worst times of our lives they were so kind and thoughtful . Best company ever.
FRSTeam was quick to respond to our needs after we experienced a kitchen fire in our home. Every FRSTeam employee has been courteous and professional in handling our cleaning needs. We have been extremely pleased with the service provided to this point.
They were very accommodating and thorough.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know.
