My friends and I had a lovely time during the short time we were at Bluegrass Springs, and it really is a beautiful place. However, personally I wouldn’t return, as I felt the number of rules and additional costs outweighed the amenities provided. We paid $28 each to enter and were only told after paying that the swimming area would be closing in 45 minutes. Best place to swim in near Louisville. It’s an amazing oasis for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature and fresh water. You can swim with friendly fish in crystal clear spring water for 40 bucks for the entire day. They provide fresh cold water and tons of spots to post up and enjoy the water and sunshine. I will be purchasing a ticket for the entire season next year. Here’s to many adventures and memories to come at the Bluegrass Springs!!
