It's a drop at this facility, parked of on the road side and check in... if you'd be arriving early than your appointment, call and let them know your eta...the lady I spoke to.was awesome, she let me drop a day bfor my appointment.

Not very friendly to driver most that lady working on Saturday 6 /28 miss a load because her never go back
Can confirm not to park across the street from their dock doors 1-11, receiving office is next to dock one, can't miss it. Easy process and decent space to pull into docks. No restrooms available, best to go before arriving. Friendly staff here, asked a yard dog to help me cut those thick bolts off and didn't had issue of helping. Good experience for the first time here.
