Tyler was very professional and arrived at the beginning of the 4-hour block I had been promised. He was quick and helpful. In addition to maintenance, I had gone through some water damage in the HVAC closet a couple of weeks ago, and he made sure to check all the components to ensure they hadn't suffered any problems due to that issue. Great company, great service, always responsive. They’ve handled my HVAC needs for years. Recommended.
A completely dishonest company. Lies from the technician on up to the "director of operations" - left a tenant without AC in the heat of summer because they made no effort to provide acceptable customer service and provide an invoice that could be paid while the technician was in the home. Charge a $139 service fee that doesn't get rolled into the cost of any additional work. Charge a $96 fee to "ship" a thermostat that the technician had with him in his vehicle. Recently worked with Frosty’s for a complete replacement of my a/c unit. They were on time and communicative. When they arrived, I went to move my car out of the driveway for them, and it wouldn’t start. They jump started my car for me with no issue as well. Also, I appreciate the 10 year warranty on parts on labor they offer. Would recommend!
