Tyler is the best! He came by this morning for our routine maintenance and helped diagnose further issues! We trust him fully, and he took the time to talk us through each step, show us the readings, and explain numbers etc. I am grateful he also talked to us about putting a medical grade filter in our air system as we prepare to grow our family! Good pricing, honest answers, we are very happy with our experience with Frosty’s! We will be calling Tyler back specifically for all our upcoming AC system needs!
AC in our condo failed over July 4th weekend. Called the 24 hour number and got a very helpful person who promised I’d be called on Monday. Stephanie called me first thing Monday and at my request, set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tyler arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. After discussing the problem and getting my authorization, he quickly took care of it. Good communication and great service by Tyler! Frosty’s Rocks!
2026 review This is my second review of Frosty’s! We won’t use anyone else because these guys always deliver and have the best customer service and technicians. They fixed our AC unit the Friday night before 4th of July and did so in under an hour! 2019 review Wonderful service!! Amazing staff, very professional and timely.
