We got our tree from here this past Christmas and our tree lasted all the way thru New Years day when we took it down! Also they let us take photos with our 6mo old daughter on the lot and even gave her a cut off from our tree to keep as a tree ornament as memorabilia of her 1st Christmas! We will definitely be going back here next Christmas to get our tree!���
*Update: since this post last night the manager personally reached out to us to help. Thank you so much for your care and kindness, it truly makes a difference. PS Douglas firs dry out much faster than the nobles. I’m soo sad to report ( since I have been coming here since the early 90’s) that we bought a pre cut tree 2 weeks go on Nov. 26th and it is completely dead spent $100 and will probably have to get rid of it due to fire hazard, that’s how dry it is. I have been buying my Christmas trees from this Christmas lot for 15 years now. I will certainly never be purchasing another tree here. Their $5.00 coupon they would not honor. as my printer had no ink and was unable to print it. When in my personal opinion greed overtakes sensibility, I would no longer be able to support this business any more. If making an extra $5.00 off a senior citizen is more important thank retaining the customer. Just really seems to be time to say Bye Bye
