Horrible experience tonight. We waited 2 hours for our food, they were out of everything, it was so smokey in there and they didn't turn on the vent/fan because they couldn't hear each other. We order from here quite often but this was our first dine in experience while our kids were visiting us and it had made us not want to go back.
If you want to catch COVID this is the place! Even in the height of the pandemic the staff don’t wear masks. If YOU do, you’re treated like an unwelcome stranger, with a cold shoulder. Fried food was disappointing, little vegetarian to speak of. Beer and shakes and fries are okay. This place would have such potential with good management. Nice location and interior (other than the vibe).
At our visit yesterday, not a single member of the staff was masked. I did not feel safe at the Frosty.
