My wife and i have been living at frostproof moble village since 2016 and we love the park and the grounds r well kept and the manager james is very accommodating and treats everyone fare he dose a good job at what he dose and both me and my wife feel he is a asset to the park we have seen many improvements since he came to the park we have lived in 2 other parks in fl and this one is the best by far and we all owe alot of that to james. Just want to say thank u james for all u do for us job well done.
This is our first year as snowbirds and everybody in the park made us feel so welcome. They included us and informed us of events. We will return next year, the pool, lake & grounds are kept nice.
The management is great I live here full time and I have never had any trouble with anyone. If you like the country this is it.
We came for a vacation in the winter a few years ago and were blown away by the folks who shared this Village from all over North America, they were so easy going and friendly. The management were top notch and being right on the lake was a real bonus. So we purchased a mobile home for a very affordable price unlike other mobile home parks in the area. We closed up shop up north and moved here full time and were living the good life now in are golden years. The owner and property management are top notch ... come live the go... read more
bad manager and a owner who does not care as long as you your monthly rental
I am so looking forward to getting down there in Nov. Couldn't make last year due to health reasons.
This was our first year at Frostproof Mobile Village. At first I wasn't sure of the area, but as I got to know the manager Yvette, the more confident I became. And the people were all so friendly and kind. Beyond a shallow of a doubt I was hooked.. I'll miss everyone. I'll be back! Kudos to Applebrook...
