I have to be honest… I wanted Stephanie to make my Wife’s cake Bratz Doll theme, with strawberry jelly or strawberries in the middle. We didn’t get the strawberries in the middle. The cake was made beautiful on the outside. We wanted cheesecake frosting and the cake to be pink and it was. The flavor of the cheesecake was really good! The reason I put 3 stars is because, the cake was VERY dry and we didn’t get our strawberries in the middle. I followed the instructions on letting it thaw out for a few hours, we did.
