I've been here many times. Always for the same two reoccurring issues. Most of the time, I'm in and out very quickly. Maybe about 45 mins from the moment i walk in to check ouy. The nurse practitioners are kind, effective and professional. I suppose the front desk staff can be a little more friendly, but it doesn't bother me. I think they just have the mindset of getting you in and out quickly. As for the complaint about being sent away for not having a mask, I don't understand this. They always get you in and out fast and efficiently. They treated our symptoms accordingly with the best care that my family and I have needed. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend them often!!
Anytime I've had to go or bring my children in to be seen, each experience has been great. Sometimes the wait can be a tad long but it is cold season and they get through each patient as quickly as they can. All of the staff is nice and have answered any questions I've had. Just recently I had to bring my daughter in and while waiting they helped an elderly gentleman figure out his prescription and where he could apply to help with the cost of all his medications..I thought that was very nice because they could have just tol... read more
I have walking pneumonia and work night shift. So when i was able i managed to crawl my way to an urgent care. I chose this one as it was close to home and open late so it fit in with my schedule. They turned me away because i didnt have a mask. The (genuinely) nice lady at the desk suggested i try to find some where that is open and buy one because of their covid policy. I suppose i will pass away at home because i cant afford a 3,000 dollar hospital bill to go to the emergency room instead. 🪦💐
