The storage facility is fairly nice, the gate doesn't always take the combination the first time. The lady who runs the facility gets an +FFFFF in customer service. If you ever have a concern, don't take it up with her. She immediately gets offended and turns a friendly conversation into a bad experience. Unfortunately there is no one else to turn to, so if you have a concern, best off keeping it to yourself. Also be careful, she tries her best to overcharge.
