DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They will waste your time. I had an appointment for 5 days. The day before he changed times and then on the day of the installment he cancelled it all together. Their business model is to waste people's time.
Useless!! Do not recommend!! Mark told me that the problem with my AC was the compressor and not electrical. And when I asked him to explain that to my warranty company all he said was it’s the compressor and was easily shut down by the company and TOLD him it was electrical and all he said was ok. Mr. mark your the expert who actually saw the AC why are you letting the company tell you what the problem is???? On top of that he charged us $150 plus what he got from the warranty! He is a scam and useless!!!!
I would give him negative 5 stars if I could. He installed a brand new but faulty Goodman unit in March 2022, that is making a loud noise on start, he did not come out to check it out, despite my multiple calls. I had to send him a video of it, he responded “it’s normal, some Goodman units make noise, some don’t” and that I was simply unlucky to get a noisy one. I had to seek a second opinion, and I was told that compressor and coil had to be replaced. I told this to Mark Jeffrey, to which he responded that he will replace t... read more
