This company says they pride themselves on customer service yet the McD at The Pointe has a manager Justin Mcomb who lied about not having salads and then admitted that he simply did not want to make it and instead called cops to get rid of customer instead of do his job. Another Amalie, night manager, pressed panic button when there was no emergency. This location hires young night managers who do not know how to treat customers and who have no sense of discernment.
