Patrick has to be the best floor refinisher in St Louis. I was told by several contractors that my old hardwood floors could not be refinished because they were too messed up. Well Patrick from frost flooring took a look at them and said it wouldn't be a problem. A week latter my floors looked like new, you would have never know they were damaged. Patrick was a really nice guy and I feel his price was more than reasonable.
