Do not rent from this money hungry lady. She is a crook!! I never rented the apartment, and she kept my deposit and first month’s rent. I chose to move somewhere else when she started demanding that I pay 3 months rent before her son William hand me the keys. As a courtesy, I was going to pay 2 to 3 months in advance for my sakes because I wasn’t sure how and when my retirement was going to start. I absolutely love Frost Terraces! The unit is beautiful and the area is peaceful with plenty of events in downtown belmont, Mrs. Frost is very reasonable and respectful, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent!

I have lived here for 4 months and I am satisfied with where I am and with the Helena and William Frost. I had a water leak under my kitchen sink a couple of months in and Mr. Frost fixed it the same day and replaced the plywood underneath the next day. I have had a problem with people parking in my second space but to eliminate problems by calling the police I did contact Helena and she made sure it was fixed so that my company was not subject to being towed. I’ve lived at the Frost Garden Townhomes for the past 2 years. Right after moving in my tub leaked down into the living room ceiling in which I notified the owners. I was told that nothing could be done until it dried. Needless to say it still was never fixed. I addressed my concerns multiple times and also that it was embarrassing when I had company come over. I have lived at Frost Garden Townhomes for 10 years. Unfortunately I have not experienced some of the issues forementioned. Everything ever broken or needed repairs were corrected. My air conditioner unit went our in the middle of summer over the weekend, they couldn't get it repaired until Monday morning. The landlord has 2 window units put in until the unit could get repaired. I also had a leak in bathroom . I heard the spraying of water at 5:30am on my way to work.
